Some of my more recent work, well the Marine and Waist Gunner have been in my WIP for a while, just come back to them, mask and straps to add, some touch up and finishing touches, Waffen SS bust I think I may have bought from Tommi if memory serves. Quite a way to go with this one but I have Blackbeard to finish off for a friend.

What are black dots on marine and SS soldier?

Raw umber I think and not black on marine are paint splashes, supposed to be general grime, done with a toothbrush but probably needs toning down with a wash, similarly with SS guy, needs toning down a bit.

Beautiful painting, an inspiration to me for sure!
