    Dear friends.
We want to show you the shape of our next release. This is a Prussian cuirassier from 1813-1814. (Scale 54 mm). The time of the fierce struggle of the Prussian arms with Napoleonic France. This figure opens a large cycle of figures that will be dedicated to the Prussian cavalry during this period.
We have done a lot of historical work in collecting material for the figure. Chronos gave us his new horse to work with. For many months Dmitry Shishkov sculpted the figure of a cuirassier and made ammunition for a horse. This is his debut in sculpting such figures. Oleg Derbasov drew in 3D complete set of Prussian firearms and our cuirassier received:
    - Cavalry pistol of 1789.
    - Cavalry rifle of 1801.
    - Cavalry fitting of 1811.
You yourself can choose the type of gun, which is the story of the figure. Also, pistols can be painted and then holstered. The figure can be painted in any cuirassier regiment, except for the Guard.
    Possibly a little later we will release exactly the guards cuirassier with 2 cuirass . 20201130_103124.jpg 20201130_103155.jpg 20201130_103232.jpg 20201130_103301.jpg 20201130_103354.jpg 20201130_103436.jpg 20201130_103502.jpg 20201130_103525.jpg 20201130_103559.jpg 20201130_103622.jpg 20201130_103622.jpg 20201130_103655.jpg 20201130_103753.jpg 20201130_103818.jpg 20201130_103927.jpg f1-l5_jj7kc.jpg F4jxus2VBLA.jpg SWKb9J3p08Q.jpg

    Hi Dmitri

Great looking release , nice to hear it's just the start of the series

Like the weapon idea , will these be available separately as well

    Thanks for sharing

    Thanks for the nice comments.
Separately, I would like to show how Dmitry made a sword for a cuirassier. It was a very painstaking and elaborate work.

A knowledgeable friend points out the following to me:

At the time this cuirassier was out and about, there was an order that every rider had to hand over a pistol - to arm the Landwehr troops.

Our friend should therefore only carry one pistol with him ...

    Dear Martin
If you buy this figure, then your right to throw in the trash at least all the pistols and guns from this figure. I do not force both pistols to be used on the figure.

    Hi Dmitri!

That was not ment as a critique to your sculpt - only a historical advice.

At that time only each second rider carried a carbine - because of lack of weapons...

So mine will be painted before the pistol was handed to the Landwehr and he will be the second in line with a carbine.

If they are in the kit I'm going to paint them Martin......LOL

Don't be offended Dimitri, the comment from Martin was constructive and well intentioned. (The choice is with the buyer as you say)

LOvely release and look forward to more.

I'm not holding a grudge. I just wanted to make a complete set of weapons for the figure to give any buyer the opportunity to choose any option for completing the figure.

I received several letters and private messages from members of the forum with questions. I will personally answer all these questions personally a little later, but I will answer 2 private questions here.

    1. The circulation of the figure in mod will be ready at the end of January-beginning of February. The figure can be printed in metal, but only at the request of clients. Those who want to receive figures in metal should write to us and leave a request so that we could collect an order for a specialist in replicating figures in metal.

    2. Along with this cuirassier there will be a ready new foot figure. What kind of figure this is, I will keep secret for now, but I will say that it will be a very interesting Bavarian infantryman in 1812 in Russia. Dmitry sculpts the next Prussian cavalryman. Here is a photo of the initial stage of work. Can you guess who it will be?

CHRONOS, Al Torres and SOGA keep getting it done. The Prussian & the unknown Bavarian will be on my 2021 list for certain.

I am guessing that it will be either a Prussian Dragoon or an Uhlan. Was I close? Keep up your excellent work and have a Merry Christmas.
