Completed SK Miniatures 13th Century Knight

Happy New Year to all.......

Just a couple of shots of a piece completed over the festive period.

SK Miniatures 13th Century Knight - superb sculpt and a huge amount of fun to paint.

I changed tactic here and primed with Nato Black ( as opposed to my normal white primer ) - major change in style to adapt but I am pleased with the result and will try the same approach for my next peice.

Still struggling a bit with these acrylic paints : but still dont miss the smell of oils and turpentine....

Nicely done Dan-the Blues and Reds are difficult to handle in any medium but these look fine.
If I could do that with acrylics I would be very happy, unfortunately my efforts have been less than successful.
