At the 2019 Monte San Savino show Víctor Aguilar showed the green of his upcoming Sister of Battle bust which would be a limited edition for his Urvara range. I purchased one and they very quickly sold out. I’ve got to say this isn’t my usual type of subject but the sculpting was exceptional and the figure looked great. I really enjoyed painting it as a Canoness of the Steel Sisters. I know very little about 40k Lore but luckily I know a man who does my mate Robin Snelson who put me on the right track for some reference. She did really well for me at both physical and virtual contests (I have posted her here before) and I regretted not buying 1 or 2 more.

Earlier this year I decided to try and find a couple and quite quickly got offered 2 from painters who had them in their stash.

I have painted one in the colours of The Golden Rose and one in the colours of the Ladies of the Anvil.

    I hope you like them.

    All in acrylics.

    Cheers

    Neil

    Hi Neil

Great to see you posting and good to see you got the additional 2 pieces you wanted , they look really good and understand why the first did so well in comps

Like the variation on the flesh of the 3

Very nice indeed. I too like to paint the occasional Warhammer figure, without the burden of knowledge of what I'm actualy painting :D. My son is very much into al this, the lore and codex, the table top games and the online D&D stuff, but I just like to paint them.
