She lives in Elgin and has been isolating since Wednesday.
Each day colleagues and parents of pupils have delivered meals to her.
Even the local craft beer bar she goes to dropped off a crate of beers.
She knows how lucky she is and how fragile it can be.
Think of these poor souls in Ukraine (and elsewhere) whose lives have been torn apart in a matter of days.
