Stormtrooper Miniatures released this figure at Euromilitaire last year and after seeing it I knew I had to step back to the Napoleonic era and paint this figure. So before getting started on the clean-up I decided to do a review of the kit. Sculpted by the talented Maurice Corry and painted by the Master Sang Eon Lee, the kit is comprised of 11 resin parts and 2 metal rods for a total of 13 parts.

Arriving in a sturdy white cardboard box with the figure inserted inside a bubble wrap envelope the small parts were sealed inside a zip-lok bag to insure against loss during transit. The bottom photograph above shows the parts removed and ready for inspection.

Above you see various views of the head showing the detail Maurice Corry is noted for. A small seam down the back of the hat will easily be removed before priming the figure.

    Conclusion:
An excellent kit with minimal clean-up needed. Fantastic detail and dry-fitting of parts where I could. Highly recommended.

Guy thanks for the review of this stunning figure, Bought it last year at Euro and although I have not painted it yet I enjoy just looking in the box. The castings are superb, and parts just seem to fit together so easily.
One of the best I have seen.

Just an extra comment; the boxart includes a plume on the figure but the painting guide doesn't refer to it, nor is it included in the one I have and seemingly in the review copy.
