    Hey guys,

Well finally I ''finished'' this dude and it will be for Euro......the bonnet needs the wash with blue black oils but since I was sick last week I couldn't go buy white spirit but will do this week..... some touch ups here and there are needed but I haven't done the part of ''inspectiion of the model under a lamp'' :D....

Also there's a small blob of an unwanted wash on the right side of the backpack needs minor correction but will do that tomorrow cause im tired;);)

    Any comments/critique fire on....

    Warmest Regards,

    Samwel Vella =]

Very nicely done Samwel. I particularly like the colors you used for the beard. I'm with Brian, this is a classic and you've done it proud!

this is right up there with the best of the them mate, going by these photos there doesn't look like much too correct. Especially like the forehead flesh & hair.
Any chance you could share your mix for this as I have project I'd like to colour I'm hoping to do a gingery brown on?

    Thanks in advance,

    Mike

    Your work is very wonderful.
I liked a gradation of the skin tone and beauty of the clothes in particular.
    It's great, indeed.
    I congratulate completion.

Gret job in this bust. It's hard to paint a piece like this, to the standard set by so many talented painters in the past.
