nice collection of figures covering a variety of periods

I seem to remember some of them ...were put out
by a Spanish company a good many years ago as i have the
negro union infantryman....unfotunately can't remember the
name of the company ....

Yes, Frank, the company was Taxdir. The owner was Tomás Castaño that has done some figures for Seil recently.
The originals of Serebyakov seem very nice. It is a pity the quality of the photos. I like specially the hands of the archer.

The company was Taxdir miniaturas. It seems that Tomás Castaño has sold many of his line to Seil Models.

Like most Series 77, I was short sighted and didn't purchase the USCT figure when it was originally out, I am glad its being released, as I want to do one for a buddy of mine.

Being an old-timer in figures I have painted many many quality figures from Taxdir. I am so glad to see Tomas make arrangements with Seil to bring them back. They were super subjects. Seil has gotten themselves a top notch sculpter in their ranks when they hooked up with Tomas.
