Cheers ...putty pushing is all done now , will let it fully dry .....then quick piccy and paint ......to final completion.....

LOL .....believe me it’s nearly happened .......

This is the details I did next ...

Started painting it .......then proceeded to catch the various areas ...no idea how ........

Will I end this all .....could be for the best .........

But NO !! ......so I resculpted ...now looks like this ...once dry will paint ..should be okay as I tacked ...carefully with a tiny touch of superglue ......shaking while doing so !



Whilst waiting for tge putty to entirely dry ...again ....MELCHY has reached the bench

Verbal update ....finished the order of Golden Fleece , happy with the result ....starting on the small cross and then just buttons , final checks and ........

Just a bit of a but good news ........

....just the buttons to do .......

I did remove the putty I’d added to the cast ones but looked and thought they were too thick , now added a better version ...

Now do I sculpt details or use paint .......it’s paint for me ! ....phew !! I hear Simon say

Of course I’m far too young to remember Marathons .......buttons have been painted ...just blacking out the underside and then confine I’m happy with the scarlet and the blue sash
