Possibly a touch , the MMM trio paint up well enough from what I’ve seen on ‘tinternet but I have never actually done them

Cheers Ned ...it certainly is that and I’m definately going to enjoy this one

    Thank you

Verbal update on mine .....Eyes Completed ....think I’ll do his “dark brown” hair next then the flesh and work my way down the torso

Must say the texture detail on the hair is great

Did he wear Red or Blue at Waterloo - as I have seen both?

Wellington wasn’t keen on fancy uniforms apparently ....this is what he wore at Waterloo

Oh I thought I'd responded to this, must be floating somewhere attached to another thread. Anyway, nice striking blue eyes, if room permits a little modulation of the blue would make it better.

Yes put some variety in the colour of the iris, just to break up the blanket blue because eyes aren't that clear, unless the owner lives on Arakis!

    Hi folks

Bit of a verbal update .....I’ve basecoated my next piece ! ....on Old Nosey revisited the eyes ...many new words learnt and used ! ......the hair is looking good after going too dark initially ...might put some final highs on him

Then will tidy around hairline and going to paint the cravat and shirt ....then the fleshwork

    Stay tuned

    Hi folks

Some update pics on Wellington, since these pics I’ve revisited both the hair and cravat and got the collar neatly base coloured for painting ...this will be next to do then the flesh

Looking forward to the epaulette and aguilette

As always suggestions and thoughts welcome
