A 54mm resin figure from Ulrich at http://www.sockelandbases.de/
It's not flat and it is painted in oils on an acrylic base on the front, back & sides.... both of them. :D

Nice one Roger..that mean you are selling all your flat GA then!

Good on you ..is there any more full figures on the bench?

Thanks for sharing the well painted result

Thanks very much Kev.
This is it for round figures for the foreseeable future, there's waaaaaay too many flats in the GA to be getting on with without anymore "round" distractions. However I will say I enjoyed painting this and have been tempted by some excellent releases over the past few months.

Nice work Roger, it's big and it's round but it is beautifully painted.:)
Best wishes, Gary.
P.S. I've been thinking about doing a re-cast on some of my Dickens flatish figures cause I definitely need to paint more:nailbiting:

Very nice finish... on all 3 of the "d"s
Excellent piece. One might say you have a knack for the round figs... don't be shy about doing more.

Cheers

Colin

A round one from Roger and all sides painted :D I think you remember your times before you "only" paint flats. If I remember correct your first figure for the Duke of Bavaria was a round one. And I like what I see here. I have some others waiting for you here;)

Thank you Gary. I never did any of your Dicken's figures, just the musketeers but I could be interested. (y)

Thanks very much Ulrich. After a couple of false starts and visits to the stripper I finally found my way and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Roger.
