My new job - 200mm figure by Jeff Shiu. As always painted PVA-tempera paints.

If you want brutal....I'll give you brutal....I can see the work that went into that piece;and I say excellent work.......But I think it would be better if you lifted it a bit and put what you have on a higher base.No need to remove what you have...Just lift it a bit on another piece of wood....How's that for brutal......Keep up the good work..

Very nice job Konstantin. Nice painting and setting. Love the sign post. Perhaps a little more detail on the groundwork (mud/bare spots/little less snow) would give the composition a little more contrast? But it's really a matter of what you like. I agree with Wayne that a bigger (taller) base would look nice with a nameplate. Well done.

I agree, but there is a wish of the customer, that all works were on the same bases.

Absolutely correct observation, James.
After the photo was particularly noticeable that too much white and the base has become monotonous. I have already added of contrast, but did not make a new photo.

Looks like the dude with the panzerfaust is about to get killified !

Not sure if your allowed but if you paint the base/wood in black the snow will look a lot better.
