    Hi Chaps,

Some progress pics on my latest "fit - in" project. A conversion to a (I think, G and B, maybe Lasset?) 90mm SS figure which I was given some years ago. It lay in my bits box for ages waiting for the inspiration, as I didn't want to paint it as per the original, so it was always my intention to use it for a conversion. Whilst researching something else, I came upon the pic in the Osprey book and, well this is the result so far!

Original figure is in metal and my additions/mods are in Milliput and Duro. The original sword blade is now the scabbard and a new blade is yet to be added. Still details to add, awards, medals, small buckles, etc and a good clean up!!

Hope you like it, so far,

    Steve(y)

Thanks Ogr - I had originally hoped to leave it alone, but the more I look at it, the more I now want to change it! Thanks for the fantastic reference.

Steve, you might find something here that might help. It's a little difficult to navigate even with the use of an online translator but perhaps a Russian member could help.
