    Hi Guys n Gals

This is my first world war two figure since 1977 ,Crips thats 36 years ago  only reasonI remember is that's the only time I got a photo in military modelling mag:D
This has been a most enjoyable paint the figure has some fantastic detail ,all in oils as usual.
just the the weapon to do and a bit off touch up on the face .

Ron, this looks great. The base is a nice addition as well. I hope to start mine sometime this year and yours will motivate me. Well done sir! Tom

Great stuff Ron. The leather boots look great and some nice clean lines especially for oils. As said previously, great groundwork too.
Looking forward to seeing how the weapon looks.

Great painting on this one Ron. I particularly like the jacket, and the camo on pants. The base compliments your figure very well. Regards, SG:)(y)(y)

Beautiful work ron,for some reason i cant open the pictures to get a better look, from what i can see you have captured the scene beautifully, like he's just reached the sumit, the uniform colours look great and the groundwork really makes the scene, great choice of wood from your expert eye, congratulations mate (y):)

Outstanding work Ron, simply super. Love your work on the texture of his clothes and his boots are wonderful. Like the casual way he stuck his grenade in his belt. Outstanding!

Cant believe its been 36 years since you painted WW2 figures, luck you still had the paint handy!
