Hello everyone, I start this post in the hope of being able to show the progress of painting on this bust with a fairly constant frequency.
Meanwhile, as usual, I start from the face that is the focal point of the piece.

Very impressive painting on the face, I'm sure the rest will look just as amazing. I will be watching this thread eagerly to see how it goes.

and here I am with another small advance on this beautiful bust.
After completing the various metals I started to devote myself to the bear fur which is obviously still in progress.
It is the first time that I paint an animal, but I must say that I am having a lot of fun.
.... but the road is still long!

finally also completed the bear skin, which was a fairly long job, made of lights and shadows, but at the same time fun.
    Now it's up to the shield. IMG_20200202_172507.jpg IMG_20200202_172408.jpg IMG_20200202_172419.jpg IMG_20200202_172322.jpg

The face is almost photographically realistic.

another small but important step has been concluded.
Of course, painting the shield with the arm already attached was not easy, but I'm satisfied with the result. IMG_20200215_173720.jpg
