I like the shades and highlights on the red plume. Is that in oils or emamels Guy?

Guy, ive been considering purchasing this kit and after seeing your work ill place my order tomorrow :). Great job. The armor looks real nice and the wolf pelt is well done. What are your mixes for the flesh tones?

    Thanks for the feedback guys.

Dave - I use a base mixture of 20% Burnt Sienna.......40% yellow ochre........40% raw umber over a humbrol #121 base coat. after removing the base with a dry brush where as the humbrol shows through I add cad yellow highlight and blend and the titanium white to highlight areas and blend. Last is the dot of red to the cheeks and blended out .

Keith - The plume was painted floquil red.....given a black wash.......then dry brushed with floquil red several times.

    Hope this helps
