Well, I'm much happier with how this fellow is coming along, all acrylic and needs improvement on his face, and his cloak is black and I wanted the highlighting to be subtle. At least he's not a mess so far! Comments much appreciated.

ps I'm astonished at the detail they manage to get in these 54mm figures.

Thanks for sharing Mary, it's great to see more ladies on board! :)

Yes, figures have really taken an upswing in detail and dynamic poses in the last few years. BTW, who produces that figure ?

Hi Gordy, he's from Andrea's Pirates of the Caribbean series...a terrific casting and the dry fit was great, too.

    Hello Mary:

Wow, this figure is what I like to call "wind-swept". . . and the atmosphere and
tension, the dramatic essence of it, are all built in to the sculptors artistic
    talent.

You have picked a good one, here, Mary. And we will all be eager to see how
you progress with the presentation of the figure, the base, et cetera.

I wish you good luck, and hopefully, the fun of it all, will be paramount in
    what you are doing.

Coming right along, Mary. I didn't know there were that many pirate figures out there but I think you've found every one:D.

Keep up the good work, you are really improving with everry post.

    Cheers

    Colin
