Until Mitch gets his own v bench (I requested one for him) I'll post the pictures of his work here in my own v bench. All three figures are from Verlinden. The knight with the purple tunic has some crosses added. The metalic colors are done using printers inks. The second knight is pretty much stock. "It was a bear painting all that detail" he says. The third is a WWII german decked out in his cold weather finest. I'm sorry for not having that many pictures of them. I was at his house in Louisville last night and had next to no room on my 16mb card left :( . If you guys want more, I can get them. I do plan on getting more pics of his work. I introduced you all to him over on planetDiorama and like Chris and Al said, it's high time the rest of the world got to know Richard Mitchell.

These are just great. I love the second figure.

But, really, how often is there a bowl of grapes on a battlefield?
    Seriously, well done...

    Jim,
These bring back great memories my friend...I can remember sitting around Mitch's table in his workshop when he was working on the 2nd figger...wow. Even now, I am in awe of his work...
Can't wait to hear from him and Dan...
Thanks for sharing and bringing back those memories...

    All the best
    Patrick
