Have got castings back of this 90mm figure and am in the process of painting.
This figure is based on a line drawing of The warrior Rewi rejecting a Peace envoy during the battle.Comments welcome.

Another spirited and passionate piece that honours this proud warrior, do like the scenic touch with the "tiki" totem (yes I know I should know the correct term ;-)

that's a very nice figure of a very interesting subject. Seems you guys from NZ and Aus are turning out some great figures recently. I'd love to purchase kits of this figure and the Australian bren gunner on the other thread, but where can I buy them ?

Here,s some more progress.A blanket cloak has been added,thigh tattoo and jade earrings.Ther will be a couple of feathers to add in his hair too.
