    Is this hard plastic and ifnot how did you get the paint to stick on it.

    Most painters normally spray the figure with an primer coat before starting to paint. This keys into plastic, resin or white metal and provides a good base for your undercoat.

    mcsneed17, the plastic is medium consistency. Don is right. I covered figure with an primer coat.
