Here are the other two pieces I had on display at the Long Island show ( a really friendly and informal show!)

The first figure is a French officer of foot 1704, and is a conversion of the 1st Guards French officer figure in resin (these figures are fantastic, some of the best cast resin pieces I have seen, and being from one of my favourite periods in history I simply love them!)

The two figure vignette is a scratch showing English regiment of foot (The Buffs) having a brief rest.

Mike, these are wonderfull and very very expressive as always. I especially like the relaxed atmosphere in the vignette. Soldiers at rest have been modelled many times, but good composition, the great variation in poses and the expressivity makes this one special!

I also like the weathering a lot: very subtle dust on the vignette, beautiful mud on the French officer and the snow on the third figure. What do you use for your snow?
