Thanks for your comments. I have taken on board your points and when things are explained to you it's easy to see the improvements that should be made.
I hope this is evident in what I have done.

Please ignore the base work it is just in place until the proper one is delivered.
I know the spear is slightly wonky, I will sort this!

Very cool improvements I see a trend with these modded busts, and it's really cool to see folks put their own touches on them

nice work Sam you have put a different perspective on this bust now with your additions, good to see more people creating their own version of a stock figure/bust.

Amazing conversion and I think the scale is correct.
But I think it was because the bust has a very nice person in your position I would not conceal.
However clever conversion!
