My personal condolances go out to Terry's family and friends at his untimely passing aged 63.

Like the Zulu war Jamaican Ska has been a life long love of mine and the resurgence of this in the U.K. was led by The Specials in the late 70's.

Once heard I was always hooked.

Sharp suits and even sharper sounds defined my generation.

God bless you Terry Hall.

I didn't know he passed. Sad, part of my past, too.

Sadly passed away on the 18th after a short illness with pancreatic cancer.

He co-wrote a load of stuff with other people. Amongst my favourites are his collaborations with Ian Broudie. Many condolences.

A shock and sad news when this broke.
A talented guy from a wonderful music scene that made some of us proud to hail from the Midlands.
