I finally broke down and bought a new camera due to my dissatisfaction with my Canon G6. I was recommended by a few people to try the Canon S100 and I think I'm finally on to something here. You guys have often heard me bitching about my pics and now hopefully it's all in the past. Let me know what you guys think of these pics I took tonite. i did not really use a back round or any fancy lighting, I just put the dio on my workbench, had a halogen light on one side, an incandescent on the other and came up with these. I just for whatever reason could never get the proper definition with the G6 but I'm much happier with these.:agree:

I thought the other one was fine, but know what you mean about the hassle getting good photos of what "you think it looks like" to share with others.
