30mm flats painted with oils over acrylics.
They were engraved by Johannes Frauendorf, born 1889 in Leipzig.

I'm not sure when these were engraved but if it was 90 years ago they're still looking good.

Thanks Ralph. The grass tufts had to be strategically placed to disguise the foot piece but it's worked out quite well.

Great paintjob Roger, I really like your highlight and shadow effect on the horses. The old advert is a nice supplement to the posting and gives history to it.
