    Another 54mm from Fredericus Rex. Almost done but it requires more work on the gaiters, this will have to wait until I come home on my next leave in January as it is back to work tomorrow. :(:thumb down:

    Very nice Roger but as Marc says, look at the right eye. Still better than I can do but doesnt look quite right.
    How did you get to be lucky enough to manage to work both Christmas and New Year? We always tried to work one or the other, and when you get home Mid January everyone has forgotten New Year. Have a good one anyway and as you well know you cant do much painting when the boats on her beam ends.

    Thanks for the comments and yes the right eye needs some attention but to be fair it's not so noticable unless blown up so huge... a lesson to be learnt there :whistle:. Having said that I will fix it though. :D

    Don, we have two crews so work alternate Christmas's so I'm looking forward to Christmas 2012 :lol: No painting foe me for a month but I've got some flats packed to clean and prep. (y)

    I used Winsor & Newton Artists Acrylic Phthalo Blue Red Shade as the base for the coat.
