Great figure, and subject. He looks dog tired, as though he really HAS just fought off a hoard of Zulus!

    Hi Ernst,

Lovely figure. The pose and facial expression go well together.

He looks like he's just stepped straight out of the movie.

Can't wait to see him painted.

    Thank you guys!
Mike you've got it right - that exactly what I have tried to show. He even didn't relaxed completely yet... ready for another stroke.

    Great sculpt Ernst! Well done.
The pose and attitude suggests to me that this one is about to dispatch yet another wounded Zulu, which was indeed the fate of every wounded Zulu after the battle at Rorkes Drift.

    wow

Hi Ernst your figure is very fine indeed!!! This is a good period ,but there isnt so much around (as figures...)to realize a little diorama ....sob!!!! If you ll recast it ,remember of me...i am interested to buy one of this for sure!!! Have you think to realize another one figure near him, sits wounded or in hurry for the zulu attack to realize a little scenes???? Many congratulation. Mario from Italy.

    Mario, Ray thank you!
Mario, you just read my mind! It's asking to have kneeled figure near it, and may be one more standing from other side... I hope to find time to do them
