    Hello to all, I'm working right now of this upcomming new from Stormtrooper, the scale is 120mm and the sculptor is Maurice Corry, all the figure is resin material.

    Here a picture of the mix color for the face:

    Base color: Sand Brown

    Light 1: Base + Sunny Skintone

    Light 2: more Sunny Skintone

    Shadow 1: Sand Brown + Burnt Cadmio Red

    Shadow 2: Burnt Cadmio Red

    Shadow 3: Burnt Cadmio Red + Black

    Tones: red violet, purplehart + azur, purple...

    Always appreciate you taking the time to post your approach here Ernesto. I for one have learnt a lot from this, so thanks.
    Notice some small changes in the palette for this one, including the purple, can see how this adds life to the skin too.

    Do you use a blending medium at all?

    This one looks like it will be another enjoyable thread, so keep it coming!

    My apologies - a medium to help blend acrylics e.g. I use Winsor & Newton. Man Jin Kim & Calvin Tan use Jo Sonja I think. Helps smooth blending when mixing, can be used with directly or mixed with water.
    Also extends drying time to make blending & subtle effects.

    Hello Mike didn't know about this product, will be useful to have a try, I only use water for blending, I guess this product help to avoid the fast dry of the ecrylics, would be nice to know if works good mixing also with Flat Base...
