OK guys and gals, I have a Wonderfest trip to pay for so I’m thinning the herd a tad. Here are some kits I’ll likely never get to so act fast! I’m offering these here before I go over to eBay with them. Would like to keep sales in the continental US if possible. Prices DO NOT include shipping. Will quote shipping depending on location. Buy multiples, it will save you on shipping! I accept PayPal and would MUCH prefer to receive payment that way if at all possible. PM or email me if you’re interested. J Thanks for looking!

    17. Jiver Models “General Ktang” Klingon resin bust. Another SUPER rare bust. Great Klingon likeness. Nice casting and well detailed. Will do Marc, but I think it's a done deal. It actually went over the pond. So I guess I don't mind sending over seas if someone is interested. Thanks Marc!

Steve, just out of curiosity, do you know what happened to Sambaman?.....he was a regular for years, then he just dropped right of the radar, I used to love his work!

    Cheer's,

No idea Jeff. But that happens sometimes, guys just suddenly seem to vanish. Probably in some cases personal circumstances intervene (family etc.) and they just don't have the time any more, or perhaps they just lose interest.

Another one "missing in action" is Marijn Van Gils. He used to post on here as well, and seemed to be everywhere in the hobby in the '00s, winning show awards all over the place and having his work featured in the modelling press etc. Then all of a sudden nothing, and I haven't seen anything new from him in several years.

I like your avatar pic by the way. I'm a big fan myself!

    Steve.

    Marijn Van Gils.

He was the guy that did the biggest 1/35th scale scenes ever! .. I remember his 'Submarine Pen', and his 'Sturm-Panzer'. But what did blow me away was his 'Scots Guard bust', .. 'Mount Rushmore style'. with the scaffolding etc. ...

    This fella!

Jay Hollopeter left Planet Figure at the same time his attitude toward his art changed.....his artwork developed from the usual restricted military and photo realistic stuff we're all used to here, into something fascinating and refreshingly imaginative.

Yes Mark but he hasn't been seen around these parts for some years now. I remember seeing that figure in Folkestone the year it won B.o.S. at Euro (2008 I think).
