Dear guys, this is a kit I did years ago. I got him out and had a look to see where I could improve him, with a new set of eyes. If I did or not is debatable! This is an excellent kit and was a joy to do, it hasn't dated at all. This is one of my all-time favourite kits. I urge anyone to get one and paint it, Mr Good, you did us all proud with this one. Please enjoy & excuse the dreadful pics... thanks as always.

I remember this one back in the day, always admired it but it was always far too large for me. Your rendition is great, really love the understated way you have done it.

Cheers Simon

It's true, some old pieces have a charm that some recent pieces don't have, despite increased precision or details often due to 3D printing, it must be admitted....

You are absolutely right, the kit is really beautiful, like many of the post militaire....lately I too have returned to open many old boxes of figures, they are always very beautiful; the photos do not do justice to the work done...(see you next model - good work)

Thanks as always, guys. As I say, I can't recommend this one highly enough. A shame my photos are awful...(honest!)
It looks great and the photos are fine, lovely shade of green and freehand. I've never painted a Poste Militaire, was just about to pull the trigger on their Irish Galloglass on Ebay when someone beat me to it...want to try one of their Samurai too
