I received the kit today and I have to say WOW! FANTASTIC! It is full of extreme highly detail parts. You can always cut down his legs and make it into a bust.

    Thanks Steve,
Your link doesn't work for me but I found it on their website. First thought was expensive but it is a large scale item. Tempted.

I bought mine from amazon japan. They have the best price with 15% off. They exclude tax for overseas customers but pre charge any import duties. Shipping is by DHL ( no need to pay DHL brokerage fee, duty and tax when deliver at the door ) and also the yen exchange is low. Received the kit in 3 days. Check it out, it may be cheaper to order from them than from the UK supplier.

I suspect the painting on the advertising example doesn't do the actual model justice.

I wondered about that. Also, should he not be carrying a bow?

This is all very disappointing, well from an entertainment point of view ;) Usually Samurai figures evoke a huge amount of debate and conflicting opinions, but this one seems to have met with universal approval (y)
Looks like the planets have aligned.... not my thing but very tempted.

    Hmm, dunno.
That seems like a gey pair of wellies he's wearing.
Picky? Yeah, for sure, but all the same, they can't be right, can they?

If It Wisnae Fur Yer Wellies...
I stand corrected then...:p...in the face of such amazing historical research there from The Big Yin...:p
Gets pretty cold in Japan during winter, and elsewhere in NE Asia, so I guess they really needed fur wellies to keep their feet toasty...

Just ordered from Amazon Japan as Felix suggested for £35. I do not if today is a good or bad day for Yen to the Pound, but still cheaper than the UK source.

I saw one of these last months club meeting in Leeds, I was impressed with it though the footwear might need some work.
