Hello,
here is my 1/32 conversion . The base figure is MAster Box`s French pilot . I`ve converted him to a Finnish pilot.I´ve tried to use as much paintbrush as possible. Shadow /light contrast is high as I wanted to test new techniques. Comments welcome;

I don't know the orginal figure but I would say there is little to improve in your sculpting or painting at this very small scale.
