Pili-Pili Miniatures, Belle of the Nile (part 1)

    Pili Pili are known for great quality sculpting, and now I'm getting life back onto an even keel (Marriage is a fairly absorbing of spare time event) I've picked this bust as my return effort to the bench.

    The figure 'in the round'

    Primed with Vallejo grey primer, then airbrushed with Jo Sonja acrylics. Jo Sonja are great to paint with, they have been used by many painters, lovely stuff.

    Anyway, this is where I left off the first day, leaving the skin tones as is. Too tired to do the cotton tunic (great draping, by the way).
    Plus had to clean out the airbrush.
