Perseus and the head of Medusa

    Hi all,
    This is the Fan Art bust of Perseus and Medusa, early days but shaping up ok so far.
    All the metallic work has been done with Alclad and an airbrush.

    Nice to see a bust ( guess what I paint ...lol )

    Nice start , you using Acrylics ?

    I'm assuming shield is WIP....never used Alclad looks good , I would definately put washes on both shield and helmet then highlight

    Flesh is coming on well

    Lookng forward to seeing more

    Yes I’m using acrylics, the shield and helmet is WIP
    This is my first bust of a complete(nearly) naked torso, so definitely a learning curve, but an enjoyable one.
