Was just wondering if any planet members have any information about the above figure/ vignete.
My younger brother is keen on anything about General Gordon and as hes due back from a very tough 6 months as an EOD Capt in Afghanistan i
thought i would try and paint this for him as a coming home present.
Might struggle though as ive never painted anything less than 54mm
before.

Ordered direct tues night recieved this morning.Fast service.
From first impression seems very good but the pistol in Gordons hand has the barrel misssing but nothing i cant put right hopefully.
Smaller than i hoped though.

Martin, Painting "gaming" miniatures rquires a somewhat different approach. Most folks paint to a "table top" quality that is sufficient for wargaming rather than exhibition. There are however a number of folks that paint gaming miniatures to a very high standard. Check out the link on the COOL MINI OR NOT site.
