    Amazing!! really great painting, my only critic is about the reds, maybe adding some shadows will give it more realistic look, I love the base, look very "antique"...

    I like your choice of colours.

    The historically-minded may wince at the violet of the plume :rolleyes: but I think it does add some interest to the bust.

    Francis, I just picked this beauty up in Chicago In october. It really is beautifully sculpted for sure! You've done a very nice job on this one. I'm with Ernesto, I think the only small critique would be more shadow tones in the red of the cape, but over all a very well realized piece!
