    Hi all,
some may think I had given up painting as its been so long, but this took my fancy, first post as an unfinished project,I hope to finish soon.
Its been a while I had a small brush in my hand, some may remember the french hussar that I painted last, little too long ago!
    Hope photo is clear........

Paul, the picture is not very clear, the photo does not do your figure justice.
Can you post some more pictures?

    Cheers

Looks good Paul......I'm doubtful about the leather cuirass and helmet, infact I repainted those items on mine in bronzed silver after it was ready as I got some bad (justified) comments from Roman experts on MedRom forum, namely Dr.Mike Thomas and Gary Gates.....but thanks to them and the likes of them I can say that I painted this dude as close to historicity as I could :)

    Hi all,
Rej; thank's for the in put,I'm a clear novice when it come's to Roman's, it was a figure that took my fancy at Euro last year, and being a little green, painted to Pegaso's guide,I do'nt realy paint any thing of that period, and have no ref/material....
I confess that its more a painting exercise,as I've not painted for some time..
I start projects and never get past primer or face at times!!
But for a change this looks like it may get finished,in correct may be, but finished all the same..harsh criticism is never a BAD thing it makes us all improve at the end of the day!!
    Best Regards
    Paul
