    Hi Guys,

Here is my latest effort. Painted in Acrylics. The Metals are Printers Inks. I had a lot of fun with this one, but I'm done.

    All comments welcome.(y)

Yeah, he looks really good and a subject that I like. I love the way those printers inks turn out, I need to get some (PM me where you got them). The skin looks really nice and I like the shield too. You might want to go in and touch your grass with a little paint to tone it down, it looks a little bright green. Man I am seriously impressed with this effort. It looks like I need to get down to Dallas and drink some of that water.

Very good work. But the pictures are a bit dark.
    The shield is awesome.

    Pedro,

Thank you again for the compliment. The shield was a challenege but well worth the effort.

    HI Mark,

I apologize for the pictures. I'm half way there. The pictures used to be over exposed and out of focus. I'll get there eventually.:) But i'm only good for one art form at a time.

    Hi Mike,

Thanks for the kind words and the critique. I'm also sold on the Printers Inks for most metals. They are way cool. Requires lots of brush control as I found out. Acrylics don't like to paint over the inks very well. I sent a PM regarding who I bought from in the US.

I'll go back and touch up the grass again.

Your more than welcome to come on down Texas and drink some water if you don't mind Bourbon in it. :) You'll find a good ole' Texas welcome.

Hey Mike! I've got to agree, this one is looking nice and you're painting skills are really coming along. The fact that you're willing to tackle a difficult shield pattern like that says a lot.
