Completed Critique Pegaso 1/9th Spartan Warrior bust

    This is my effort for this bust.
    Didn't realise so much work had to go into this fella.
    I tried different tones of red so they didn't seem to uniform.
    I went with the black red plumage as I felt the red and white was going to be too much.

    The stitching took some time as did the cape and those bloomin checks.
    I really enjoyed doing this guy as he was quite challenging at times.

    Really great paint job Grant. Apart from the beautiful reds i think the bronze parts really stand out. Well done.

    The whole figure looks great. I really can't see any flaws. The variation in the tones of red is a very nice effect. I also think you've done a wonderful job with the armor.

    Hi Ron,
    This one was just about perfect quality mate.
    But it couldn't have been worse than the gladiator anyways.
    The scultping is just superb with no air holes either.

    The Selucid body is badly pitted
    , had to rub back down as it didnt show till primed :(
