Randomly browsing through the back galleries at Putty & Paint during a break I was taken with the skill of some painters to take a 3D miniature and make it look like a 2D work. Kind of "flats" in reverse.

This is a different thing than trying to recreate well know paintings with miniatures, or to paint a bust in a "hyper realistic" style.

You ca, go further if it's the word ART is titillating you

Paint a bust completely sky blue, with some clous, perhaps with bowler hat, a pipe and with some drawers in the body;)
