PAINTING A FIGURE UK

Hi, I am not a figure painter, I have tried several times and I just cant do it, I would like a figure painting, it is a boots and helmet figure, similar to the one in the photo attached of Mount Longdon, the boots would be worn and dirty, I would appreciate a price from someone in the UK,
