Owen Glendower, Pegaso models, 54 mm.
Love the freehand on this one
A masterpiece of painting. His name was corrupted into 'English' as Owen Glendower, but in its Welsh form is, Owain Glyndwr. So you can see how and why a few vowels were added !
Superb on all accounts!!!!
Edmund Blackadder: Never ask for directions in Whales Baldrick, you'll be washing spit from your hair for a fortnight
Great work,all together
Great work and painting
Really fantastic, I've the same piece on my workbech and I've to say your paint is a masterpiece at all and to me a reference.
That is nothing short of spectacular.... as are all your other recent postings Alexey.
Really looking forward to seeing more of your work.
As I did this figure also I can tell you there is no freehand on this one. It's all sculpted on the figure, shield and horse.
Great work Alexey.
A masterclass in painting heraldry; just magnificent!
Thanks for informing me - still it looks great, as I was/am unablee to see the scultping of the heraldry.
Thanks. The heraldry here is stuck together by the sculptor.
Thanks for specification but to correct in heading I don't know as. So let will be so.
Many thanks to you for your comments. Still I will lay out a few works soon. And in further I will spread fresh.
I apologize for my bad English.
No matter it is a great work , the sculpted base is an help but the painting work on this subjet is really no easy.
Exactly. to paint the stuck together heraldry there was still that problem.
That's a beauty
Alexey, there is no need to apologise for your English, my friend.......It's far better than our Russian could ever be Your work continues to be an inspiration, thank you.
