Recently released by Tartar Miniatures was a 1/12th scale Orc Standard Bearer sculpted by Alexander Deryabin. This 6 part kits adds to their growing fantasy line of figures and busts.

Arriving in a light weight cardboard box with the parts sealed inside a clear zip-lok bag. A color photograph is on the box label for help in painting color choices. The above bottom photograph shows the 6 resin parts out of the box and bags for inspection.

Above you see various views of the main torso of the orc. The goatee for the chin is a separate cast part.

Above you see the front and back of the standard which fastens to the back of the bust.

Above you see the Standard support timber that cross attaches to the standard and then fits into a slot on the back of the Orc bust.

Above you see the front and back of the axe which fastens into a locator slot on the back of the left shoulder.

Above you see the front and back of the right shoulder armor as well as the chin goatee that fastens to the bottom of the chin.

Conclusion:
An excellent kit with clean detail.. Dry-fitting was good except for the joint of the standard poles which will need to be cleaned out with an xacto knife. Highly recommended.
