Little 1/72nd Opthalmosaurus was a gift from Dave Krentz when he visited me in Denmark, so I feel duty bound to finish it before moving on to some bigger, more exciting pieces.

Not my cup of tea in all it´s tinyness, but it´s nearing completion...

I need to get some sinuous sway into the "green sea-weed" or get rid of it.
It´s not synthetic, so I can´t heat it and bend it.
Natural material that´s been boiled in gelatin, it´s elastic and keeps bouncing back to virtually straight despite forming with pliers, tweezers and clips...

I also punched up the green tinge to the back which wasn´t showing up in the photo´s, as I like the way it works with the reddish head and snout.
A couple of extra Vallejo lime-green washes have drowned the mottling, but it still looks presentable.
