DSC03596.JPG DSC03597.JPG DSC03598.JPG DSC03599.JPG Hello planeteers, here's some progress pics of my grenadier officer.
I have painted the base color for the tricorne hat , coat and completed the lapels about 90%.
The colors for the "Aurore" lapels are as follow:
Base : flat yellow and a dab of Andrea napoleonic red.
Lights : base plus deep yellow
    shadows base plus french orange.
The lighting makes the lapels a little bit more yellowish than actually is.
    Best regards

The colours look good as always.... but... check the head on the grenadier with the sword, it may be the angle of the picture, but it looks like his neck may be a touch long.... or maybe not... have a look
Is there a light at the end of the tunnel on this diorama yet?:p

Colin, thanks for taking the time and passing by.
The head is a little bit long cause i have it placed on a little ball of greenstuff , i don't like to show a headless figure , but i still need to "build" his Cravat and then place it on the collar.
This is a lenghty tunnel....very lenghty one o_O

Again you're doing a good work... step by step, gonna look great.
You could show all the figures you've until now together, just to have the dimension of you're project.

    Good Luck
    Regards
