I bought this figure a few years ago from Berliner http://www.zinnfigur.com/product_in...sid=uir8dm2ka5c86r9umidm15p1i5&sort=1d&ID=662 because WW1 Austro-Hungarian figures were a bit thin on the ground.

Anyway I must confess that when the figure arrived to say I was disappointed was an understatement! Although the figures has some great detail the arms were a nightmare being quite deformed and likewise the hands.

Things went from bad to worst when during the cleaning process both boots broke off!! So I though 'sod it' and I threw it in my spares box. Anyway I was looking around for something in the spares box and came across this figure and with my new found helper (liquid green stuff from Games Workshop) I decided to give the figure another go.
