when i first set up Empire Hobbies both my better 1/2 and my flatmate joined in and love helping out. to this end they both said they wanted to try figure painting so they had a better idea of what we sold and the skills involved.

My much much better half is now on her 5th figure and loving it (she already has her own works page on my website) but Cathie our flatmate has just finished her first work after about 2 years on and off with it and looking at it i think it was well worth the wait.........very nicely done indeed and for a first attempt at modelling of any type i think she should be very proud.........i cant wait to see her next effort......Ademola's Elizabeth I bust

Cathie's modelling skills have obviously improved faster than your photography skills Ian!!!

Difficult to say too much about the painting but it looks very good (from a distance).

Looking forward to seeing the bust of Elizabeth.

There is a button on the camera where you can turn off the flash.
It is hard to make a comment with these pictures.. Looks that the better half did a good job on it.
