Rob, Definitely pleased that you continue to add large scale figures to the marketplace. We older painters appreciate the variety and the detail. I am not be able to see 54mm figures anymore, but these bigger ones are on my want list! Very well done! Like the pose! Can't wait to see one painted up.(y)

Great sculpt Rob. Amazing work with that pose........I love it.
If you pressed pressed me to change something ; I would outstretch the left arm in a defensive manner. But it is superb as it is Mate.
    All the best for 2017

Very impressive... A bit sad, but moving and very dynamic.
Not sure about the gloves. I read some time ago that the Greys used short ones... But Who knows!
Excellent addition also for a vignette.
    Well done!

A very dramatic pose and an eloquent figure indeed. You have managed to reproduce a difficult pose without distorting the figure or violating the basic limitations posed by human anatomy.Clearly an accomplished sculptor!

Thank all of you for your very kind comments, I am really chuffed by the positive response (y) There are some places I noticed that need cleaning up before it go's to mould but feeling burnt out with it at the mo as it has taken ages to sculpt and I am to grips with another project. Not sure if I will produce this figure as I want to move away from the production side of things and enjoy the artistic side of the hobby more. If any manufacturer is interested in purchasing the figure please contact me.

    Thank you all again,

    Rob

You certainly have the skill and where with all to produce excellent figures in very dynamic poses Rob.
So I am looking forward to more pieces like this stunner.
    I wish you every success

I would also like to encourage you to go ahead with the production, but I fully understand the feeling market vs Art.
On the other and,if I may... has anyone a picture - if exists - of a 1815 bearskin that had survived until now?
I've looked ages for it and all I see is simple reproductions, prints, paintings... I am curious about it, as with its shape, cap, cords, rear cloth patch... differs a lot respect to Grenadier/Fusilier bearskins, French ones or later models.
Any help would be very welcome.
    Thanks,

    Iñaki

Rob, Gee, I hope someone produces this fella. Great pose and detail, super subject and something I can see to paint! I would think this would be very popular!
