Hmmmm - after the Knötel table, the plume was carried to the parade, not field march, because the shako had an oilcloth cover. Our friend is clearly in the field!

Something doesn't quite fit together ...

    Anyway, nice figure!

    Hi Paul

Nice to see a release from Bonapartes

Sculpting instantly seen as Richards work ...certainly a very impressive plume

See the idea with the sign post but personally would probably leave that off and rework the backpack

    Thanks for sharing

That's a stunning sculpt! Love the misshapen shako and the character in the face and hands

Really nice character bust but somewhat overwhelmed by the plume. As said elsewhere, totally impractical (and inaccurate?) for a campaign setting and so, I would ditch the plume and probably use something like thin foil and lead wire to fashion an oilskin shako protector.

Very Nice piece of work. Love the pose! This one should be popular! (y)

Certainly a lot of detail there... one that I wondered about, the rag around the fingers on the right hand, it looks too loose to be of any use to splint them together (if one is injured) and might fall off as soon as the man puts down the water-bottle... unless there's some other purpose, I would remove that, as it detracts away from the rest of the character in this piece.
