    hi neil, the helmet is a base of games workshop boltgun metal, then air brushed a mixture of brown & purple, quite roughly
    followed by several coats of silver, dry brushed, getting lighter as you go, and to finnish off make a wash of migg production
    rust pigment ,wash to your liking and gently dab off the surplus. hope that is os some use to you. kev
